The BlueDoor idea

No shared hallways. No roommates. No front desk. Just a key that's yours alone, and a home that's ready the day you arrive.

We started by housing students at the FAA Academy who needed somewhere calm to study for weeks at a time. What they valued most was privacy.

So every BlueDoor home is rented to one guest. It's furnished, equipped and kept to the same standard, whether you're staying a month or a year.
